1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 FBT (“the Company”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the specified warranty period.

1.2 The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase from an authorized FBT dealer.

2. Warranty Limitations

2.1 This warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

• Damage from improper installation, operation, or maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality

• Products with altered or removed serial numbers

• Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or improper power supply

3. Warranty Service

3.1 To obtain warranty service, the customer must:

• Return the product to an authorized FBT service center

• Provide proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase

• Describe the nature of the defect

• Pay for shipping to the service center

3.2 The Company will:

• Repair or replace defective parts at no charge

• Use new or refurbished replacement parts

• Return the product at Company expense within the warranty territory

4. Exclusive Remedy

4.1 The repair or replacement of defective parts constitutes the exclusive remedy under this warranty.

4.2 The Company is not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages

• Loss of use or revenue

• Any costs beyond the original purchase price of the product

5. Territorial Validity

5.1 This warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase.

5.2 Warranty service outside the original country of purchase may be limited or require additional charges.

6. Transferability

6.1 This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 This Warranty Is in Lieu of All Other Warranties, Express or Implied, Including but Not Limited to Implied Warranties of Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose.

7.2 No agent, dealer, or employee of the Company is authorized to modify this warranty.
